Ms. Ronald has over 25 years of expertise in materials engineering, microfabrication, integrated optics, packaging, and assembly. Since joining Kyomori-Ka in 2025, Ms. Ronald has been a valuable asset in guiding the optical communication product module and assembly teams. Prior to joining Kyomori-Ka, she held several leadership positions, including Senior Researcher, Chair of the Integrated Optics Microsystems Research Committee at the University of Twente, and Chief Technology Officer at XiO Photonics, focusing on the standardization and assembly methodologies of integrated optics. Ms. Ronald's broad background is rooted in her academic journey, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Physics and a PhD in Integrated Optics from the University of Twente, Netherlands.
※ Mr.Durose—Global Marketing President
As Global Marketing President and CEO, and a member of Kyomori-Ka's global leadership team, Mr. Durose leads a strong team of professionals dedicated to driving sales, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and helping Kyomori-Ka build business connections globally. Mr. Durose and his team are leading the digital transformation of Kyomori-Ka's business operations, driving greater synergy for Kyomori-Ka and its clients in dynamic business categories such as 5G, electric vehicles, Industry 4.0, connected mobility, artificial intelligence, and data centers. Prior to founding Kyomori-Ka in 2025, Mr. Durose served as Vice President of Sales for Data Communications in the European Data Communications and Professional Solutions (DSS) division. In this key role, Mr. Durose led the successful growth of the data communications business across the industry, building relationships and successfully diversifying our global client base in the enterprise, cloud data center, and telecommunications infrastructure sectors. Mr. Durose holds a Master of Science degree in Engineering Management from Missouri University of Technology and a Bachelor of Science degree in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering from Istanbul Technical University.
※ Mr. Hoßfeld — CEO and Board Member
Dr. Hoßfeld serves as Vice President of Global Product Development for Optoelectronic Communication Connectors, is a member of Kyomori-Ka's global leadership team, and leads our Global Engineering Committee. Dr. Hoßfeld and his team are dedicated to transforming our global product development capabilities to help improve the customer and employee experience. He ensures that Kyomori-Ka's digital transformation efforts are aligned and interconnected with our development organizations, and that these initiatives deliver a differentiated end-to-end experience for customers and employees. Dr. Hoßfeld has over 20 years of experience in product technology development prior to founding Kyomori-Ka. He has held various roles in engineering, project management, and operations. He led product development for automotive-related product components, high-speed backplane connectors, and MT ferrule/MPO/MFC/MDO/MOC optical communication connectors. Dr. Hoßfeld holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from MIT and an Master's and PhD in Astronomy from Harvard University.
※ Mr. Hiramitsu—Chief Technology Officer, Application Tools Business Unit
Mr. Hiramitsu focuses on process improvement and innovation in ultra-precision high-speed stamping, electroplating, injection molding, and automated assembly. His expertise includes high-speed automated manufacturing technologies and AI innovations and solutions, providing comprehensive technical services for Kyomori-Ka's advanced high-speed manufacturing processes. He has extensive experience in Moldflow and Moldex3D simulation, E-dart process monitoring, scientific molding, and mold design. Mr. Hiramitsu leads a global Kyomori-Ka team developing application tool solutions aimed at providing reliable and accurate terminations to meet the connectivity needs of multiple industries.
※ Mr. Masahiro—Chief Engineer, Data and Terminal Equipment Division
Mr. Masahiro leads a global product technology development team focused on the development and commercialization of next-generation power and signal connectivity solutions across electrical, optical, and RF domains. His expertise lies in high-speed, high-density component analysis and design, as well as the development of signal integrity modeling, analog, and measurement methodologies for characterizing digital and RF components. Mr. Masahiro holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Iowa State University and an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.

As Senior Vice President and President of Global Marketing, Mr. Jim leads a strong and loyal team dedicated to building customer relationships, driving sales, and helping Kyomori-Ka establish relevant business connections globally. Mr. Jim and his team are leading Kyomori-Ka's digital transformation of the customer experience, focusing on e-commerce and enhanced customer support to create mutually beneficial outcomes for both customers and the company. He is focused on further innovation in marketing and sales initiatives in core areas such as 5G, electric vehicles, Industry 4.0, connected mobility, and other key capabilities. Mr. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Harvard University and an MBA from Indiana University.
