Micrometers… We plan, design, and manufacture molds in the submicrometer world.

To produce ultra-precise connector molded products, resin molding molds with an accuracy within 1/1000 mm are required. The molds we design and manufacture are at the micrometer level… sometimes even the submicrometer level of precision. During the mold-making process, we fully utilize state-of-the-art equipment, with each engineer working daily to determine precision invisible to the naked eye. Simultaneously, we have created many unique and high-quality connector products with our unique technology and creativity, while also producing a large number of patented technologies that have proven to be unique. Those that have already obtained invention patents and utility model patents… those that are pending… these are all core technologies that demonstrate our original mold and molding techniques!


Mold design & mold processing, assembly

Mold creation occurs in a microscopic world of 1/1000 mm. The first step is planning and design. CAD-based designs form the basis for subsequent material procurement, processing, and assembly. Design is conducted while simultaneously anticipating molding conditions, drawing upon extensive past data and accumulated proprietary technology. Since design is the starting point of the process, it requires creative and meticulous work.
To ensure stable production of high-quality products, we strive to "manufacture lightweight, compact molds," minimizing the impact of injection molding machine dynamics and extending the precision lifespan of both molds and injection molding machines.
For each part, we aim to achieve machining target values within R=0.01mm and Ra=0.05μm, while simultaneously pursuing optimal surface roughness for parts with high coating adhesion, tailored to the molding characteristics of each component.
All mold parts, including mold assembly, are manufactured in a temperature-controlled workshop at 23℃±1.0°C.
100% in-house production maintains precision, standardizes parts, enables rapid mold delivery, and reduces costs.


Precision injection molding production & quality management

Integrating our extensive technology and experience in connector production for electronic devices and automobiles, mass production of various connector components through insert molding, and development of semiconductor packaging equipment using thermosetting resins, we propose solutions for mass production molding of precision and electronic components, manufacturing of various customer-customized parts, and automated processes.
Implementing mold maintenance embodying our "PIT STOP" philosophy, validating and practicing optimal use and high-precision maintenance practices in mold adjustment processes.
65 of our own injection molding machines stably produce connector molded products, with a monthly output exceeding 450 million pieces (actual value).
Establishing a QCD (Quality, Delivery, and Consistency) optimal mass production system (image inspection machines are standard equipment on all injection molding production lines).
To ensure consistent quality of all molded products and achieve automation and labor savings, automatic sorting and inspection machines are also standard equipment on all injection molding production lines.
