0.25mm Pitch
HF52 Series
The HF52 series is a connector compatible with 0.25mm pitch, 0.12mm thick FPCs and features a cable locking mechanism. With a connector height as low as 0.60mm, it is a top-contact connector with high FPC retention force. Utilizing our unique cam-type rear-lock structure design, it ensures highly reliable operation of the product's electrical performance. Our unique cable locking mechanism solves the problem of insufficient FPC cable retention force.

Top-contact connector with a height of 0.6mm.

A 0.25mm pitch and a 3.20mm width (with SLD actuator locking) achieve a thoroughly space-saving design.
◆ Excellent FPC cable insertion performance.
The mating guide provided on the connector ensures excellent FPC cable insertion performance despite its ultra-thin profile.
◆ High FPC cable holding force
High holding force is achieved even with a low number of poles, thanks to the locking metal fittings securing the slots on both sides of the FPC cable.
◆ Easy FPC manufacturing despite narrow pitch
By maintaining the same punching tolerance as FPC cables with a pitch of 0.3mm, a narrow pitch of 0.25mm is achieved without increasing manufacturing costs.
◆ Unique FPC cable misfit detection mechanism
The FPC insertion status is checked through the FPC pattern, allowing for the detection of incorrect insertion and mating of the FPC cable.
◆ Compliant with RoHS environmental requirements
Halogen-free
Br: below 900ppm, Cl: below 900ppm, Br+Cl: below 1,500ppm
