Kyomori-Ka’s MTO Plus MT12 fiber ferrule is the most widely used MT ferrule, offering a balance of ease of use and low insertion loss. The SM and MM low-loss versions deliver an industry-leading insertion loss of 0.25 dB (typical <0.15 dB), exceeding IEC 61755-3-31 Grade B requirements. With its combination of quality, cost-effectiveness, durability, and ease of assembly, this 12-fiber ferrule is the optimal choice.
The MTO Plus MT24 fiber ferrule features two rows of 12 high-precision fiber holes, enabling high-density connectivity and industry-leading insertion loss performance. Available in SM, MM, and low-loss MM versions, it is suitable for 100G and 400G parallel optical platforms. The SM24 and MM24 models require a 20N high-force spring.
The MTO Plus MT16/32 fiber ferrules comply with the TIA-604-18 standard and are available in single-row (16-fiber) and dual-row (32-fiber/2×16) configurations. The MM versions are designed for 100G and 400G parallel optical applications and require dedicated guide pins (5.3 mm pitch). Achieved through an integrated in-house design and manufacturing system, these ferrules offer competitive quality and pricing and have been widely adopted globally.
