BM30A Series

To meet the demand for miniaturization in smart wearable devices, Kyomori-Ka has launched the BM30A series of board-to-board (FPC) connectors. Featuring the industry's smallest dimensions—with a 0.3mm pitch and a 1.5mm mating height—the series utilizes terminals at both ends to also serve as power contacts (supporting 5A), thereby reducing the pin count to achieve a compact form factor. Additionally, the connectors incorporate protective designs and guiding structures to prevent mating damage and enhance alignment accuracy, balancing high performance with ease of use.

Compared to our conventional products (0.35 mm pitch), the required surface area is reduced by 32%.

◆The Structure Prevents Damage During Mating.
The unique structure features metal fittings on both the outer and inner sides of the ends; each fitting serves a specific function, enhancing guidance during mating operations and reducing work time. Each fitting is welded to the plate to increase resistance to deformation and breakage.

◆Independent Power Supply Contact
In addition to the signal pins, the two power pins at either end can deliver power to DC 5A contacts, thereby meeting the growing demand for fast charging in smartphones and wearable devices.

◆Improved Operability And A Tactile "Click" Ensure Secure Mating.
Under the compact design, the structure of the contacts and metal accessories ensures reliable insertion and crisp 'click' sound feedback; the double-point contact design has high contact reliability and has been proven by the market.

◆The Product complies with RoHS environmental requirements.

Halogen-free. Chlorine or bromine levels in the connector do not exceed standard limits. * Defined according to the IEC 61249-2-21 standard as: Br ≤ 900 ppm, Cl ≤ 900 ppm, and Br + Cl ≤ 1,500 ppm.
