BM35C Series

The BM35C series consists of board-to-board connectors featuring a 0.35mm pitch, a 0.6mm stacking height, and a 1.95mm width, available in configurations ranging from 6 to 60 positions. The conductive metal contacts at both ends support a 5A rated current, serving both signal and power functions while saving PCB space. A metal-shielded design prevents damage from misalignment and enhances structural strength as well as mating smoothness; high-precision engineering and high retention force ensure reliability against drops and vibration.

    A space-saving connector featuring a 0.35 mm pitch, a 0.6 mm mated (board-to-board) height,

    a 1.95 mm depth, and a width (in the pitch direction) of 2.7 mm for the signal section,

    making it suitable for high-density mounting.


    ◆The Top Metal-Clad Design Ensures High Structural Rigidity And A Smooth, Seamless Interface.

    The metal-clad top design compensates for the structural limitations associated with fine-pitch

    and low-profile configurations, while preventing damage caused by mating misalignment; the smooth,

    clad surface ensures seamless mating and unmating, facilitating ease of operation.


    ◆Each Auxiliary Steel Strip Can Carry A Maximum Current Of 5 A.

    Powering the unit via connectors at both ends allows for a reduction in the number of poles,

    thereby saving further space. It also serves as a mounting bracket, enhancing peel strength

    relative to the circuit board.


    ◆High Contact Reliability; Strong Resistance To Vibration, Shock, And Foreign Objects.

    The contacts feature a unique "CAM dual-point contact" design that is resistant to vibration

    and drops; the plug incorporates a high-pressure wiping mechanism that effectively removes

    foreign matter, ensuring high contact reliability.
