Product Features
Power terminals are rated at 15A per pin and signal terminals at 0.3A per pin, offering high power delivery capability; a space-optimized design achieves extreme miniaturization.
◆The Product Has A Robust Structure.
Fully armored structure with metal shielding over the mating face and central section, preventing housing damage during misaligned mating.
◆High Terminal Contact Reliability
The design features 6-point contact for power terminals and 2-point contact for signal terminals; this multi-point structure ensures a stable connection.
◆Proper Mating Operation
The BM15B series consists of 15A power/signal hybrid board-to-FPC connectors featuring a 0.4mm pitch and a 0.7mm mating height. Metal guide leads accommodate generous mating
tolerances (±0.47mm in pitch and ±0.3mm in width) to ensure smooth mating, while a crisp tactile click prevents incomplete mating and enhances the user experience.
◆The Product Complies With RoHS Environmental Requirements.Halogen-free. Chlorine or bromine levels in the connector do not exceed standard limits. * Defined according to the IEC 61249-2-21
standard as: Br ≤ 900 ppm, Cl ≤ 900 ppm, and Br + Cl ≤ 1,500 ppm.
