HF85 Series

The HF85 series is a high-speed FPC/FFC connector featuring a 0.5mm pitch, a 1.95mm mounted height, and 120 contacts. It is suitable for applications ranging from Ultra-HD 8K TVs and medical LCD displays to automotive infotainment systems, such as navigation units. Utilizing a high-pin-count connector not only reduces the number of connectors required and saves space but also cuts down on assembly time—such as SMT mounting and FPC/FFC insertion—compared to using multiple lower-pin-count connectors. This product complies with the "V-by-One® HS"※1 high-speed interface standard (supporting high-speed transmission up to 3.75 Gbps).

Achieved support for 120-core configurations in the realm of high-speed transmission products with 0.5mm pitch.
Meets the requirements for high-speed transmission products utilizing "V-by-One® HS" (*1)—a next-generation data transmission standard for LCD TVs.
In addition to a "general-purpose type" with an operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C, a "high-temperature resistant type" covering -40°C to +105°C is also available, making it suitable for in-vehicle infotainment systems such as navigation units.
The mounted height is 1.95 mm, and the flip-cover features a simple opening and closing mechanism.
You can confirm the lock status through obvious touch.
Features a locking design with a secure latch that prevents contact displacement and accidental disconnection due to external force; allows for visual confirmation of the mating status to improve operational efficiency; and ensures smooth locking and unlocking operations.
