Reliable performance and construction meet the increasing demands for high-speed transmission in the automotive industry. <Signal Integrity (SI) Support System> We provide customers with various support features, such as connector simulation models (Touchstone and IBIS, etc.), SI support, and verification of compliance with various signal standards.
1. Return Loss (Reflection)
Based on terminal spacing, signal terminal width, distance to ground terminal, and dielectric constant of insulation material, impedance matching, including the floating component, reduces return loss.
2. Insertion Loss (Attenuation)
Optimized for the floating portion, including the terminal spacing, signal terminal width and thickness, and insulation material dielectric loss, to suppress resonance as much as possible, making insertion loss proportional to frequency.
3. Crosstalk (Leakage)
Optimized for differential pair terminals and ground pin allocation based on terminal spacing and transmission rate, to suppress resonance as much as possible and reduce crosstalk.

Halogen-free with enhanced anti-creep measures. No chlorine or bromine exceeding standard limits is used in connectors. Defined according to IEC 61249-2-21: Br: 900 ppm or less, Cl: 900 ppm or less, Br+Cl: 1,500 ppm or less.
◆Automated installation compatible
Automated installation is possible via tape packaging. Standard products are 1800 pieces per roll, but sample products are also available with 500 pieces per roll.
